Granddaughter of accomplished residential and commercial developer Charles E. Joern of William Joern & Sons, Jessica Cunningham's passion for and appreciation of construction and interior design began at a very young age.  She began her career in design after graduating from Denison University and joining a high end residential design firm in Chicago. Gaining invaluable experience and yearning for more knowledge and skills in the design field, she chose to continue her education at Harrington College of Design. During that time she had her first child and spent the next 10 years having 3 more children, renovating and completing construction of several of her homes and ultimately building her current family home from the ground up. 

Finding herself helping friends and family with their homes in addition to her own, she decided to create her business in 2017.
